I am a Mum, a primary teacher and I’m a certified infant sleep coach!
I started The Sleep Lab because when my little girl Lottie was born, I suffered from sleep anxiety and sleep deprivation. I thought I was prepared for Lottie’s arrival - I had all of her wonderful outfits, a pram, a crib, bottles, etc. However, I hadn’t even thought about her sleep, because I assumed that babies just slept when they got tired… Boy was I wrong!!
After a few weeks of very little sleep, I decided to take it upon myself to do some research on babies’ sleep. I soon became obsessed with sleep science and gentle sleep coaching, and within a few weeks Lottie was sleeping so well and so was I!
I felt like a different person and I knew then that I didn’t want any other family to have to go through what I did. I have always been passionate about helping people, so I took it upon myself to further educate myself to become a sleep coach, and here I am!
I help parents by providing bespoke support that helps reduce worries and anxiety around their little ones’ sleep. All of my sleep plans, support, and advice are focused on using gentle and age appropriate sleep support that is underpinned by sleep science. I take into account your little one’s temperament and personality as well as your family’s needs when creating a sleep plan, making sure that it is perfect for you and your family in every way.
There is no sleep problem that I won’t help you with and I will be with you every step of the way to help you achieve your sleep goals and provide you with the confidence to futureproof your little ones’ sleep.
